摘要：#$%^&*AU2020102404A420201105.pdf##### Abstract Swing gate (1)particularly suitable for installation in a passage located along a sloping passage,comprising a support structure (2), which extends along a first development direction (X)and is fixedly arranged to laterally delimit a passage having a lying plane (P), and a door 5(3) extending between a free side (31) and an opposite constrained side (32) rotatablyconnected to the support structure (2) by means of a first hinge (4) and a second hinge(5). Each hinge (4, 5) comprises a first and second support arm (41, 51), respectively, fixedto the support structure (2), a first and second movable arm (42, 52) fixed to the door (3)and a first and second articulated joint (43, 53) placed to connect the respective first andsecond arms 0 (41, 42, 51, 52). The first hinge (4) is positioned at a higher level than thesecond hinge (5) and its first arms (41, 42) have a shorter length than the second arms(51, 52) of the second hinge (5). Furthermore, the hinges (4, 5) guide the door (3) to movebetween a closed position, in which the door (3) is positioned on the lying plane (P) of thepassage, and an open position, in which 5 the door (3) is positioned on a lateral plane (P')orthogonal to the lying plane (P) with the constrained side (32) inclined with respect tothe first development direction (X), to allow the door 3 not to hit against the slopingground and at the same time not to invade or reduce the width of the passage. - 20- 2/7
