英文中并没有单独一个单字是"兼任"的意思, 我们通常这麼描述"兼任"
to serve (in a position) concurrently or as a second job; to hold a concurrent post.
但在你的例子里, 我认为你可以用as well as来表示A同时是董事长又是总经理:
(1) Ben is the chairman of A company as well as the president.
(2) The chairman and the prresident of A company will participate the activity.追问我记得是the chairman and the president，和the chairman and president，肯定有这样的用法，但我不确定具体怎么用
追答the chairman and the president 是指兩個不同的人
the chairman and president可以是指同一個人
